Note: For services funded by the Health Insurance Fund (Tervisekassa), the patient co-payment is €20 (€5 for special groups). Additional examinations and tests are charged according to the current price list.

Appointment Booking and Non-Attendance

For paid services, 100% of the service fee must be paid in advance no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or examination. If the advance payment has not been received by the deadline, the clinic reserves the right to cancel the booking.

We kindly ask all patients to inform the clinic as soon as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled appointment or examination.

If a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment or examination and does not provide timely notice, a non-attendance fee will apply:

• For services funded by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund – €20 (in accordance with applicable legislation).
• For paid services – 100% of the booked service fee.

The non-attendance fee must be paid before booking a new appointment or examination. If the patient has failed to attend a previous appointment, the non-attendance fee will be charged when they arrive for their new appointment.

Patients who fail to pay the non-attendance fee will not be able to use our clinic’s services until the fee has been paid in full. The clinic reserves the right to refuse new appointment bookings until the outstanding amount has been paid.

The purpose of the non-attendance fee is to cover the costs arising from unused reserved appointment times and to allow these times to be offered to other patients.
