Konstantin Ridnõi
Gynaecologist
Estonian, Russian, English
Perinatal medicine has been my professional passion throughout my career. I have continuously enhanced my knowledge and skills by training at leading perinatal medicine centres in England, Finland, and the United States. I regularly participate in international perinatal medicine conferences and seminars around the world.
I am also actively involved in the development of clinical guidelines in Estonia and serve as the chair of the working group responsible for the latest prenatal diagnostics guideline. Thanks to my extensive experience in high-risk obstetrics, I have a comprehensive understanding of the organisation of perinatal medicine in Tallinn and across Estonia, including its strengths and areas requiring further development.
Since 2014, I have been a board member of the Estonian Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and actively contribute to the advancement of obstetrics and gynaecology in Estonia. I also have teaching experience at Tallinn Health Care College, where I worked as a lecturer for two semesters.
I currently work as the Head Physician and Director of the Pregnancy and Perinatal Centre at the Women’s Clinic of West Tallinn Central Hospital.
